Aleq provides cloud-based accounting and financial management software designed for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, and treasury management.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

8. Limitation of Liability
Aleq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
